Raw Material Pre-treatment and Dispersion Zone

Raw material pretreatment is the first cornerstone of product quality. Our fully automated system begins with precise weighing by our technicians, ensuring the "golden ratio" of the formula is accurate to the millimeter.


Subsequently, the materials undergo intensive pre-dispersion for 15-20 minutes in a German-imported high-speed disperser at 600-800 rpm, establishing a stable and homogeneous foundation. Finally, a filtration process with an accuracy of 0.1μm acts like a precision sieve, thoroughly removing potential impurities and safeguarding the ultimate purity of the raw materials from the source.

Core Emulsification and Mixing Zone

Dispersed ingredients enter the intelligent emulsification mixing equipment, which employs dual-planetary power mixing technology to achieve efficient emulsification under vacuum conditions, ensuring uniform and stable gel polish formulations. Technicians monitor parameters such as temperature and rotational speed in real time via the intelligent control panel. Each batch undergoes 720 hours of extreme environment testing to guarantee flawless quality.

Grinding and Homogenization Zone

To ensure the fine texture of gel polish, materials enter a three-roll mill for precision grinding. High-speed shear forces between the rollers control particle size to within 5μm. Subsequently, the mixture proceeds to the homogenization equipment for final dispersion and homogenization, guaranteeing smooth application and uniform color payoff.

Vacuum Degassing and Curing Zone

The mixed paste is transferred to a vacuum degassing machine, where air bubbles introduced during mixing are thoroughly removed under negative pressure. Subsequently, the paste rests in a static curing tank for a period to achieve optimal rheological properties, ensuring an ideal application experience.

Automated Filling and Primary Packaging Area

We utilize multi-head fully automatic filling machines for high-volume standard bottle filling, alongside semi-automatic precision filling lines for small-batch custom orders. Filling accuracy is maintained within ±0.01g. Integrated automatic capping machines complete the primary sealing process.

Labeling and Coding Zone

Automatic labeling machines ensure labels are applied smoothly, bubble-free, and consistently positioned. Laser coders mark each bottle with a unique production batch number and expiration date on the body or base, enabling full traceability throughout the supply chain.

Quality Control Zone

After filling, products undergo four quality control checks: “online viscosity testing, UV curing simulation testing, adhesion peel testing, and colorfastness testing.” Finally, SGS conducts third-party sampling inspections to ensure every bottle meets global market access standards.
